RETURN POLICY
We want you to be as happy as we are about our products, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to assist you. 

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be given for the full amount minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items returned must be in the original condition and will not be accepted if there are any damages. Apparel items (clothing, tote bags, cushion covers) will not be accepted for returns if tags are removed. Custom items are not eligible for returns.

Please ensure the address you have provided is correct, no refund will be given for orders not received due to customer address errors. Customers will need to re-purchase items and shipping in full.

EXCEPTIONS
No refunds will be given for items that are delivered after an expected date. Please refer to our shipping policy before ordering and plan accordingly. 

No refunds will be given for items that were shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please confirm your address on your invoice. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
We do our best to package our products as safely as possible, however if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement quickly.

DIGITAL ITEMS
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, all digital items are non refundable.

CUSTOM ITEMS 
Custom and personalized orders are unable to be returned or exchanged after they have been printed. Please ensure all information provided is correct. Any errors due to the customer's mistake cannot be refunded.
